About PMBR

Building opportunity through real estate, professional connection, and community advocacy across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Arica Bryan-Miller, President of PMBR

A note from our president

To our valued partners, members, and community advocates,

From expanding the reach of our programs to deepening the impact of our community advocacy, PMBR has remained laser-focused on increasing homeownership accessibility, wealth-building, and opportunity in the Greater Philadelphia region.

We’ve also been intentional about creating space. Space for leadership. Space for collaboration. Space for professionals and families to come together in ways that strengthen our communities. Whether through our events, industry partnerships, or housing initiatives, our goals remain clear and unwavering: to equip members and the communities we serve with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to build lasting financial independence through real estate.

Your partnership is what makes this possible. It isn’t just appreciated; it’s essential. It allows us to push forward, innovate, and lead from the front. It enables us to fund initiatives that increase the attainability of homeownership, elevate real estate professionals, and position PMBR at the tables where policy and change are shaped.

Quite simply, we couldn’t do this without you. And while the housing landscape continues to evolve across our region and our nation, one thing remains constant: our shared commitment to the families, professionals, and communities we are called to serve.

As we look ahead to 2026, a year in which Philadelphia celebrates America’s 250th anniversary, I’m inspired by the opportunity ahead. More collaboration. More advocacy. More access. More growth. And more reasons to be proud of the work that we are building together.

With gratitude,
Arica Bryan-Miller
President, Philadelphia Metropolitan Board of Realtists (PMBR)
